Many things have appeared in the skies or in photographs that are often mistaken for UFOs.  While there are numerous reports of strange objects that are seen in the skies, mistakes often occur because people aren't quite sure of what they are actually seeing.  Technically, the objects are unidentified at the time reports are filed, but after investigation they frequently receive an earthly explanation.  This special section highlights some common UFO mistakes that we have identified in the course of running this website.  We hope you find this section to be both informative and enlightening.
