I'm now 40 yrs old... and have not seen one odd thing in my life except for that one moment.
My beliefs are of a Christian nature and I really associate my sighting to just being an unknown.
I was 10 yrs old in 1977 living in the farmlands
of southern Ontario Canada.
Me, my younger sister of 8, and my friend of the same age, were sitting in our living room watching TV. It was at night and my parents were not at home. We had a big bay window in
the room that faced a farmer's field.
As we were watching TV.... I had that sense that I was being watched... I turned to the window and seen a huge saucer shaped object hovering above the field. It was to my guess at least 500 ft long. It was totally covered with lights. The lights were all colours and
sparkled brightly individually.
I looked at it for about 10 seconds.... then I shouted to my sister and friend... Hey!! Look!!....
At that point, the thing took off really fast with no noise.
My sister said she caught a glimpse of light... and my friend said he saw nothing.
I ran outside to the field and saw nothing.
What puts merit into this sighting, is the next morning.
I'm getting up for school and my mother is making breakfast, with the radio on.
The guy on the radio is talking about all the
phone calls made to the station and police, about strange lights in the sky that
happened that night.
When my parents came home that night.... my friend had gone home and me and my sister were already in bed.
I didn't talk to my parents about it or anyone else really..... because if I had heard it from someone else.... I would not probably believe it.
If I try to chain that thing to my beliefs...
I would probably say ...... God has other children.... and they are doing what we will be doing a thousand years from now.
