About 18:50 hrs on the 13th of july 2007 Passing over HMP Frankland I saw a metalic object half rectangle half cylindrical passing over the prison. this object was silent looked to be about 5 to 6 hundred feet high it passed over then seemed to rotate and then carried on moving west to east then shoot up into the sky.
