Reported by Ben R from DSLpool2-152.peoplescom.net (69.46.53.152) on Thursday, April 02, 2009 at 4:41AM : I live in Alba Texas and I'm not sure if what I saw was a UFO or what but here's what I saw. I was walking out of my house at 8:43pm tonight April 1 2009 and I looked up at the sky like I always do, I like to look for comets and what not. I saw what I thought to be a star. It was as bright as Venus in the night sky and very slowly moved towards the east for about a minute, after which it made a slight right turn. It continued to go east but vanished like a light bulb filament does when the switch is turned off. I know it wasn't a comet, I've seen so many that I can tell the difference. I know it wasn't a plane as it looked completely different (like Venus), and I seriously doubt it was a satellite because every satellite I've ever seen it only a slight dot that moves very slowly and doesn't make sudden turns. It was very pretty, maybe a Nasa spacecraft? I'm not saying it's aliens, but who knows, mainly I'd like to know if any other Texans saw it.
Well that's what I saw, I don't know what else to tell you.
