I am in Millersville, Maryland in the united states.It is february 17,2009. At about 8:25 pm my sister nd i were outside and saw a bright light in the sky.It waz moving very slowly and it waz silent.It also had blinkin lights. I went inside after watching it for a little bit to get a camera but when i came back out it waz gone.
