It was night time, I'd say about 8:30, Puerto Rico, Hurricane season.
It was very windy out, and I was going around closing all the windows and when I went to close the last one the lights started flickering. Every time the lights turned off I saw this oval shaped orangey light turn on as if it was taking energy out of the electricity. Then the light got very bright a took off with a big cloud of smoke, the lights then returned.
Not many believe me but I know what I saw.
