I didn't get to get a picture of it because it was gone too fast. But it was last year in late July. We were on a family trip in Panama City Beach, Florida. We had been seeing military related jets all day just going back and forth across the ocean. Then that night at about 2:oo a.m. we were sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean then all of a sudden it was like this big saucer with lots and lots of lights just came up out of the ocean. It hovered for about 3 seconds then it was gone faster than the speed of light.
