This page features UFO activity at the Torre Comercial Americas building in Monterrey on 14 August 1999.  Mr. Mauricio Leal, a colleague of Raul's, was photographing the construction of the white Dataflux building, in the foreground of the photo below.   Mauricio is an architect, and worked in the Dataflux building during its construction.  Raul Garza's employer is headquartered in the Torre Comercial Americas building, and many of Raul's co-workers are familiar with his UFO pictures.  Mauricio did not see the UFOs at the time he took the pictures and contacted Raul a few days later, after the photos were developed.  Coincidentally, Raul had photographed UFOs in the east valley of Monterrey on the same day.
