Raul informs us that on 7 October, 1998, at about 9:00 PM, he was photographing the city lights of Monterrey when, suddenly, he saw a light in the sky - approximately 300 feet above.  Raul reacted swiftly, and immediately adjusted his tripod to focus his camera toward the luminous object.  He managed to snap three pictures before the strange light disappeared.  Similar to the sighting of 23 August 1998, the object seemed to change its appearance, however, this time the object initially appeared with a cigar-shape  that ultimately changed to resemble a sphere before its disappearance!
