Raul reports to us that on 23 August 1998, at about 9:00 PM, he noticed some lights pass near the hillside where he resides in Monterrey.  At approximately 9:30 PM Raul received a telephone call from his brother Roberto, who lives on the north side of the city.  Roberto informed Raul that he saw three large lights in a triangle formation approximately 60 feet above his home.  A fourth orange light appeared in the center of the triangle.  At the moment Roberto tried to take pictures, the object began to move slowly, further to the north side.  Raul recommended that Roberto take pictures of the object.  Roberto took pictures from the second floor of his home facing the south side of town.  Raul went to Mirador Hill near his home to attempt to capture the object by photographing to the north, known as the Centre and Topo Chico Mountains.  He searched for an anomalous sphere of light as he was photographing the Monterrey city lights.  Interestingly enough, Raul did not see the UFO as he shot 24 pictures - he wondered about the UFOs to himself, "Where are you?" as he proceeded to drive home.  He points out that after viewing the photos, he noticed that this luminous sphere appears to change its shape, as indicated by his photos in the following two parts of this section. All close-ups of the object are exhibited in part two, and all of the original standard photos are displayed in part three.
