On May 15 2000, at approximately 8:30 PM, Raul Garza, his brother Roberto, and more than 30 people saw this UFO over Monterrey. The craft remained visible for 25 minutes.  Pictures were taken from 8:25 to 8:45 as the sky darkened.  Witnesses said that the UFO stopped three times before finally disappearing behind El Fraile Mountain, 45 km. north of the city. When the local television news was contacted, they simply dismissed the object as a UPS cargo plane. Additionally, the station chose to only communicate over the telephone, refusing to discuss the UFO on the news broadcast. Needless to say, the television station's comments are believed by Raul and the other witnesses to be a fraudulent explanation for what was seen and photographed in the sky that night.

Raul points out that the object he photographed above resembles UFOs seen and photographed by others - in places such as Area 51 and Bejing, China - as shown in the photos below.
