Raul made several different UFO sightings in Monterrey on the night of 20 January 2000, as he photographed the city during the lunar eclipse.  The first sighting occurred from 7:50 to 8:00 PM, and the UFO initially appeared in the middle of the city before moving in a southwesterly direction toward Mount Platino Tower.  Raul informs us that the craft seemed to fly at a low altitude of approximately 250 meters, and appeared to oscillate.  As the UFO passed over the tower and headed toward Topo Chico Mountain, its lights were suddenly extinguished - yet the craft remained visible.
