On 12 September 1998, at approximately 7:00 PM, Mr. Raul Garza photographed unidentifiable spheres of light that were present above downtown Monterrey. La Silla Mountain, the symbol of Monterrey, is in the background. Look closely at the enlargement below, and you will notice that three of the objects form a small triangle - within a larger triangle formed by three other lights.
