This next section focuses on activity in the East Valley sector of Monterrey, as depicted by the green highlighted area in the photo above.  Raul has a good friend who owns a cranes and truck company.  On 14 August 1999, at 7:00 PM, Raul was photographing the truck below for advertisement that was to appear in a local newspaper.  When Raul developed the film, he noticed that in the picture displayed below, two light orbs appeared in the background of the picture, below the high voltage power lines on the hillside.
