Read up on demonic attacks,and mara activity,even plain ghost stories.Whay you vaguely call spirits can and do harm people.The Visitors try NOT to hurt you.That is why you are returned to bed and tramatic memoried are removed.Although some think it is "neat" to try and rekindle these buried memories.
