I recently sent an email out to a number of people via the net about an experience my wife and I had in our car late at night. I naturally didn't expect much feedback considering the story I told but I can only say this is sincerely true. It was not a natural phenomenon or manmade of any kind, and was a truly life-changing experience. The original mail was short considering I wrote it at 3:00 AM on the night of the said event and purposely left out certain details, thinking I would get no feedback at all, but an exact description of what happened is told below.

On 17th October 2004 my wife and I had just left our friend's house. At about 1:00 AM, We had only been traveling for about 30 seconds when suddenly, from the left side of our car a (short in length) vapour appeared traveling very fast. It looked as thick as smoke but was not and seemed to wrap itself in front of our car, then suddenly, we saw what appeared to be a vortex spinning near the ground. I told my wife who was driving the car to slow down so we could avoid its path but it stayed next to and then in front of the car spinning around. We entered the village of which was well lit up and it appeared to have gone, we had avoided its path, we drove through the village and made a right turn out of the village and suddenly, it was next to the car again!

It kept spinning around the car, behind, in front, and to the side, a bit below eye level. We then hit a long stretch of a dark country road. Then it suddenly appeared to go up. The next thing the bonnet lit up glowing white, but with no movement or reflections of any kind. Then suddenly, a kind of strange shaped coloured substance rose up our windscreen but was transparent. My wife was shouting, "What is going on?" We were both very distressed at this point.

All of a sudden it completely disappeared, not to be seen. Within about 30 seconds a car overtook us on the road, traveling about 50 MPH. We could see it travel out of view then suddenly the vortex reappeared next to our car again. My wife tried to race away from it, but it kept up with the car. 

Eventually, it rose higher and then went up above the car slightly to the left hand side. At that point, I opened my window and looked up at what appeared to be one electrical spinning vortex and inside teardrop-shaped white plasma vapour. It then hovered over a field on the left of the car for a few minutes before going right up into the clouds when it appeared to disappear into a sheet. 

Since writing the original email, I found a reported sighting via the local council's website Iccheshire of a large craft hovering over Biston Village Cheshire on the night of the same day, and there were also electrical disturbances in people's homes on the Saturday night, hours before we set off. 

The most disturbing thing of all was when it appeared on our windscreen. There seemed to be small worm-like shapes or particles moving about inside, like when you look under a microscope. We know this is hard to believe, but the story is absolutely true and sincere. There were no "appear to bes". What I've written is what we saw and experienced in every detail.

Not lasers, nor lights, it was nothing of this earth. I can only describe it as a plasmoid vortex with an intelligence.
