Hello, 

My name is James, I was living in Visalia, California in 1960. I was about 17 at the time. It was pretty late at night. I had never heard any thing about UFOs prior to this incident and did not hear about them for a long time after it occurred. A friend and I were walking in the middle of the street as it was late and there were no cars about. Suddenly, there was an extremely bright light that appeared to go off in my face as though a camera flash very close to my face. I remember that, and then I could only remember at the time that we were once again together later, but it was much later. Maybe two hours seemed to have passed. It was pretty close to 3:00 A.M. In the beginning, there was no moon in the sky and all of a sudden, the moon had risen. It was quite high nearly overhead. I remember we both looked at each other concerning the moon, but did not make any comment. I was a budding artist at the time and in a few days, I began drawing sketches of very strange looking beings. They had strange almond shaped eyes, almost no nose and a very small mouth...no hair, no ears. I would sketch these and have very strange feelings after drawing them. I also noticed that I had a strange sore place on the back of my right leg below the knee. It felt as though it had something in it like a thorn, It always to this day remains somewhat sore and never seems to heal. This has been almost 50 years. I cannot remember any physical examination but I became afraid of dark places which I had not been bothered with before. I became afraid of going in to a dark room alone. Later, I felt I was visited once again. I woke in the middle of the night, and there was something in my room, I tried to yell, but I could not make a sound or move. I was conscious, but paralyzed. I was very scared.

In the mid 80's UFO activity was discussed on TV and I became interested in what had happened.

Now I know the strange beings I drew from my sub conscious were most likely GREYS and that I probably have some kind of implant in my leg, I have not had any experiences in the last 15 or twenty years and perhaps it is due to my age? I can sleep now with out thinking about this incident when I go to bed. Why did this happen and what did they want with me.. Are they selective in who they take? Or, is it purely random? My friend and I never discussed this incident after it took place, I wanted to I remember at the time, but did not want to seem foolish. I had nothing to compare it to at the time. I believe in abductions. It happened to me.
