Alien Abduction
SUBJECT: Re - Abduction 1973
Hello to whoever you are, thank you for coming out, I too am an ex-nurse and I believe an abductee. I am a 53
year old and like you am in poor health. I have Ms. In 1978 myself and 2 friends had several sightings 2 at
close range and probably a few with time missing. We at first were just riding out to a valley called the
Waimata (near Gisborne New Zealand). There had been UFOs sighted out there so we wanted to see one too.
We just passed a road called Manders road and saw these people with a telescope, so off we went to join them.
I got to look through the telescope and saw my first UFO, it darted about then moved off. The people decided
to go home as it was late and getting cold, so we followed them to the car, and as we did we noticed flashing,
(like camera flashes) all around the fence line with Manuka bushes (or tea tree) the flashes were
frequent and looked 'pretty'. Remember we were just young women full of excitement and made our own answers
to what was going on. Thought it was 'marsh gas!' Anyway we just sat in the car and
watched the sky , it was
clear and very beautiful and had a cup of tea. Then a prickling feeling started up my legs and moved up my
body, I never said anything at first to my friend (she was my sister-in-law and much younger, I
didn't want
to scare her) Then all of a sudden she yelled oh what the F### is going on and started to open and get out the
door, well I grabbed her and then started the car and took of out of the valley. She had also the weird
feelings in her body too.
The next night we went out again with another mate, and we parked at the same place, but had the car place
for immediate removal if necessary (facing home) the reason we had our friend with us was because she wanted
to see for herself, and we felt safe with her, She was a big girl, and a Christian and we were gutless and
very open-minded. As it was only around nine we made ourselves comfy in the car (it was again very cold) then
we all noticed the sound of a truck coming, it was just droning on and on . Wasn't
unusual as we were
surrounded by farms and cattle trucks travel usually at night, but there was something different about this
'truck' noise, there was no gear change, this part of the valley is very hilly with windy roads, and one
would expect to hear gears change, we all discussed this, then to our amazement the "truck' went over us!
It was bright orange, and as it passed our car moved in a sucking motion, like you'd get if you passed a
truck on the high way. Well, we couldn't get out of the car fast enough and when we did it was moving at about
30kms an hour and disappeared further up the valley. We never saw it anymore.
So we went home and told all the people in the local UFO club what happened, (I don't
think they believed us)
so they decided to send out a reputable male to come with us the next time we went out there. He was a man
about my age and had a camera that took photos in the dark. We went out the next weekend. He drove behind us
in his own car, and we had just got into the valley when we saw a bright red flashing star. We all stopped
and out came the camera and Les, the man, was excited but kept saying it most probably was a
beacon on a
hill. So on we went and got to our usual spot and there above us was the red flashing star. I must tell you
this now, it was a very condensed light. As we all got out of our cars it disappeared. We then decided to
climb the hill, and made ourselves comfy 1/2 way up. Les got the camera all set up, he had a tripod with it
as well. He was all excited now, I'm sure he was sent out to prove we were all women suffering from boredom
or suburban neurosis! Any way just after he got all ready a UFO 'popped' out of the side of the hill, over
the road from us. It must have been moving along the hill line, but it stopped and stayed there. It had green
flashing lights around the bottom and red rotating lights around the top. There was no noise ,then after a few
minutes it moved off towards the start of the valley just over from the road. So my sister-in-law and I took
off down the hill and got into our car and chased it. Our other mates thought we were nuts, I think so too
now! We could see it between the trees and was going in a straight line slowly, and I looked behind the car
and saw a beam of white light following us. I braked and the car stalled and I and Sandy jumped out and saw
the vehicle was on the side of the hill just above us. Well we yelled out and started to climb the fence and
move towards the UFO, then just like that, it disappeared! After a while we decided as it
didn't come back on
we would just go back to the others when we arrived the others told us the lights had come back on. "Oh
well," we said, "that's life," and settled down again to see another light was coming towards us at again a
slow pace, getting bigger and bigger, It started as a small white coin and ended up a 20 cent size. Then the
coloured vehicle started to move over to it and disappeared in to it, the over came the Red flashing one
and it joined the others. Then the white one moved at a terrific speed going back the way it had come and
disappeared. That was the end of that. The photos didn't turn out (or so Les said, he said the film was
all milky), don't know what he did with them.
This is just one of the many UFO sightings we had. I became engrossed in the valley and the sightings, we all
went out together. Always three, and had real weird things happen. I hope when you read this you will realise
that others out there also have been abducted. I had hypnosis and yes I was too. If you want to contact me
you may, it will be good to know someone that really has been 'taken' So often I read about people who think
they have been abducted to find they just want to have been, and their stories don't hold true.
