In 1979 I was 27 years old. My parents were away on vacation and I had the house to myself. At 6:30 I was undressing to go to bed. I heard the screen door to the den rattling. I checked it out and found nobody by the door or in the back yard. I went to bed and fell asleep. I was soon experiencing a state of sleep I cannot describe. I was in a wheel barrol going down a steep slope on the side of a street that was in complete darkness. I soon hit bottom and tumbled out of the wheel barrol. I found myself squating near a picket fence in bright sunlight. In front of me was a 4' by 3' wooden brooder. I hestitantly looked inside it and I saw four horses and seven cows in it that were about 1" long. In all reality they walked around in the brooder naying and mooing. Then I looked behind me over the larged picked fence area. There I saw six UFO's in a V formation. One of the UFO's swiftly flew near me throwing a large beam of white light around me. I got scared and ran under a nearby avocado tree. I squated under the tree, as there were many dead leaves on the floor. I was squating in fear and exhuastion for about thirty seconds, as then I felt a pinch on my left arm. Immediately I felt a paralyzing substance traveling through my blood stream. Then somebody grabbed me by my arms and said, "Come with me. I won't hurt you." This person picked me up and started walking with me, as he held my arms. This person was 7' tall. He had a bald head and round eyes. And he wore a one piece white space suit. The collar of his suit was large and it was turned up. We walked about 50 yards in a shadowy area with trees when I saw a white painted UFO with a white ramp. The being boarded me on the UFO and took me into the first room on the right. He told me to sit on an examining table that was identical to a doctor's. I sat on the table and noticed about seven greys scurrying around me. They seemed to be busy not noticing me. They were three and one half feet tall. The tall being standing next to me told me to look at a movie screen that was to me left. As soon as I look at it a human male voice was eminent, as he was advertising an AMWAY product called Wintergreen. No sooner the film started I heard in the hall behind me bang, bang. I woke up thinking wow. As I was awakening I was getting an indescribable craving for cinnamon. I had to run to the kitchen for some, but I could not find any. It was 9:50 PM. I got on the phone and called Alpha Beta. They were soon closing, but I managed to get there in time and buy apple pie. As soon as I got home I ate the apples in the pie. I was never so satisfied. When I went back to bed a ferry was by my head. It had a wand and touched my eye alternately for fifteen minutes. Every time it touched my eye with its wand I would have a vision of something violent or destructive.
The book Communion came out six years after my experience. Although I was in a sleep state I was not dreaming in a usual way. In fact, I never had a dream that was as real as the above. I did not read Communion from cover to cover, but what I did read of it shows the following to be incommon with my experience.

Cinnamon
Ferry
I believe the 7' being in my experience was a Nordic alien. And the seven little guys scurrying around me were greys.
At the time of my experience I knew nothing about UFO's and/or aliens.
