I know what you're going thru believe me. It is so hard to understand and accept something that the world says doesn't exist. My advice is research. Read every book on the subject and read everything about it on the internet. But I don't think you should tell anyone. Lost most of my friends that way. I don't blame them. It is so hard for me to accept how on earth can they accept it. In fact if I was in their shoes, I would be the same and think I was just too weird! Get new UFO-friendly people around you. Then it seems normal. LOL
