I really don't know what to tell you but I have had a similar experince but I have some memory of it. I do wake up with marks on me That I have no recollection of how I got them. But they seem to never hurt. I also do get a feeling that something is watching me most of the time but I always get a good feeling along with it . Like something is looking after me. So here goes my story:
I woke up one night I felt like something was controling me. I sat straight up in bed. I tried to look at my clock but something told me not to. So then I pulled back my curtain to my bed since my bed is against a window. Then I just basicly floated right through my window. The last I remeber is Looking down at the top of my tree.
Then the next morning I noticed a lot of little white marks on my Left arm. I was twelve at the time so I didn't think much of it so I ignored them. Then when I turned 13 I began to feel paranoid of what happend to me that night. At night I would get paranoid everytime a light would pass my window which would usually turn out to be a car passing by my house. So when I turned fourhteen I dropped the habbit. I haven't had anymore experinces after that. I still do wake up with marks on me. But a couple months ago I discoverd I scratch myself in my sleep so that could be the cause of some of my marks. But some of them I know weren't caused by me.
