Write your book. Don't worry about format or layout or anything, just get writing & get it all down, every detail. There's thousands of people on your side. Forget the "professionals", only you are the expert on what has hapened to you. I've seen this happen before where people have been abducted then used by ufologists for their own gain and then left to struggle on their own with their memories and subsequent abduction experiences. I also know of one fifteen year old who was put in hospital for a few months after these experiences. This was after Britain's best ufologists had solved the case.
