I can relate to what happening to you, as i had the same thing in 98 ,we lived in a flat in a small
village for about a year and saw strange ufo objects one evening, as a result i started having dreams
were i was awake but could'nt move,saw moving shadows in the dark,had strange 'burn' like marks
appear on my body i was shouting but my partner was fast asleep, she said she never heard me
(I can also recall simular "nightmares" when i was in my teens or so i thought.) well to some up thos
message, all this went on for about 6-7months then stopped,but just recently it started again,last weekend
now insomnia has crept in and im concerned for my 3 .5 year old daughter as she has said strange things
(see my other posted message).My advice, do not fear this, just try and control yourself and do
what i do and confront it. take care,
