Lately I had some strange unexplainable experiences. I feel like I am watched a lot of the time, especially when I go to sleep. At night I go to bed as late as possible because of plaguing dreams and strange things that go on. When I close my eyes to go to sleep I have seen distant flashes of very bright strange light, like a pen light flashing in your eyes. And then the strange dreams start. Sometimes they are just the ordinary dreams but most of the time I have dreams such as a distant camping trip taken earlier that year where it ended with white bright light behind a greyish/white alien with the long arms and big head, very disturbing. It didn't do anything but show itself. And other dreams that end with a scene of a 3 fingered hand behind white light. A couple of days ago I went to bed saw that terrible pen light again and had a dream where I swear someone broke in my house and cooked something garlicy in my kitchen. This smell was deeply imprinted in my senses waking me up with panic about this intruder. And I could still smell this strong smell even after I am fully awake. Then a thought ,not my own, came into my mind saying "concentrate on your nose for the true smell" I did and the smell went away, from full strength, to medium, and then gone. Then I knew there wasn't a intruder in my house.
Can aliens manipulate your senses? Can they portray themselves in your dreams? I also have been plagued with headaches lately. Last night my dreams where bad again.In the second one, "things" posing as humans (they were not) took me away somewhere.
I am startled awake at 2-3am when I look around no one is there. Can you somehow sense these aliens without actually seeing them? I hate that they can play mind games on people, why don't they just show themselves so you know what you are dealing with.
Any help with these questions would help so much!
