All of this started as far as I know during the month of Oct. 1988. A friend (who we will call Nolan) and I had an unbelievable Ufo sighting we were both teenagers at the time. About 1990 is when the strange things started to happen. On my 18th birthday in 1990 I went to bed about 11 or 11:30 pm all I remember was going to bed and sometime in the wee hours of the morning , I assume around 3 am I woke up in the back yard freezing to death and absolutely terrified. What I don't understand is if I was sleep walking why didn't my parents wake up? I know my mom should have because she has always been a very light sleeper. On top of that I couldn't sleep at all for the next 3 nights.
The next strange thing that I remember was in Nov. 1994 by this time I was living alone in a house that a friend of mines grand mother was renting me. Anyway I was laying on the couch watching nightline, after the program was over I turned off the television and went to bed. This next part I don't know if it was a dream or what it was but I was awoken by some very intense bright white lights, at first I thought someone pulled up in my driveway and I started to get up to see who it was, I thought it might have been a friend of mine who lived right up the road, because he had come to the house that late on a number of occasions because he worked the graveyard shift. As I was starting to get out of bed to see who it was an unbelievable terror came over me for no reason and I pulled the covers over my head and that's all I remember until the next morning. Here's the part that bothers me more than the "dream" I woke up on the couch with my feet on the back of the couch and my head and body on the floor with my shirt on wrong side out. I had a similar experience in 1996 at a different house in a different part of the state (TN). The reason for writing this to start with is what happened early this morning at around 4:45 this morning(Aug,7 2001). I jumped straight out of bed and could have sworn I saw 3 small figures standing next to my bed. It was pitch black because the power was off I immediately rolled back over and put the covers over my head and thought to myself "I didn't just see that" I laid there for what seemed like an hour but it was more like a few seconds I'm sure. Without taking the covers off of my head I reached over on the night stand and got my flashlight and raised up out of bed and simultaneously clicked the flashlight on. There was nothing there. I was scared to death because it felt like someone was in my bed room with me even though I could see with my own eyes that there wasn't. I never went back to sleep I have been up since 4:45 this morning. Oddly enough almost as soon as I clicked the light on the power came on almost at the same time. I don't claim that I have been abducted and frankly I don't want to know but these experiences I feel were dreams or something to the affect to that.
