This silvery human-like figure was videotaped on Rhyl Beach, Wales in 1991. It is reported that the cameraman did not notice anybody on the beach at the time he began filming. Critics suggest that a glaring phenomenon in the videotape may be a natural result due to a factor inherent with most camcorders that occurs when shooting light materials and colors.
