Abduction. I'm afraid

I was visiting my mother (beacuse I'm adopted) and decided to sleep over. During the night a red light appeard outside the window and it hurt my eyes.
I was suddenly paralysed. But I could still move my eyes, and in the hallway a grey looking figure was standing. I wasn't scared. I could hardly feel anything.

An grey figure with large black eyes and long arms came in and it is here I can't remember anymore.
I had extremly headache the day after, and the day after that. Especially when I went outside. The sun hurt my eyes, which was very weird. I can't explain how terrified I have become of aliens. I have these scars on my back. It looks like someone has whipped me, and they keep appearing I can't explain them.
