Date: April 2009 Driving in Rv (on road trip with friends) parked off side of road just out of Zion.
Woke during the night to painful stabbing pains to right abdomen that wouldn't go away ( felt nothing like it in my life and i'm a healthy person) Got up and want to go outside, before i got outside i passed out. Woke up to my friends asking me what happened- i felt weird- could feel my feet or hands, but the pain had gone, crawled back to bed. Next morning i was drained of all energy and one of the other girls said she heard strange machines before she heard me drop to the ground.
