Am I being abducted?

Well, I'm from Mexico, Moneterrey.
First of all srry for my bad English...

All started while I was young; I have always have a problem with sleeping, the problem is that I feel like some one or something is looking at me while I'm on my bed in the darkness. This sensation simply lets me very scared and observer. Another strange thing that happened to me at 12 years old was during the night, I was sleeping and suddenly waked up at 4:01AM, this wasn't that strange at that moment but until the next day while I was sleeping at the night too, waked up exactly at 4:01AM! I thought that was just a coincidence BUT two days after that happened again at 4:01AM, that leaved me with a suspense of the question, Am I being abducted?
Oh and other thing are some strange burn-like marks on my skin from one day to the other and I don't remember any burn.
