3 ring burn on arm

I remember as a child two beings coming into my room by my bed, they walked altered and I opened my mouth to scream and nothing came out. I remember one was more assertive than the other and one of them doing something to my stomach as the other watched. Then three years ago I woke up with 3 large perfectly aligned 3 half moon burns on my left forearm. The burns didn't hurt, my the way they aligned with each other was perfect and I showed my spouse at the time and also showed my mother. I did not want to go to the doctor because how do you explain that? But I did end up going and he had no explanation for it. I had to keep my arm bandaged up for almost a month, and I regularly have dreams of creatures( ones ive never seen before) with very large eyes watching me.
