Abduction or contact symptoms?

As a young child, I had many experiences that I still don't remember, although I knew that they meant something. As a young child, I was always freaked of the closet at night, though not knowing where my fear came from.. And I remember my body being paralyzed/cramped on several occasions which would last for a time, then I would wake up as if it was a dream. Its funny, even as I write this, I'm able to recall more events like this.

I was always afraid of the dark, taking out the trash, getting something from the car, always thinking something was behind me or watching me, until we moved when I was 14.

Somewhere in this time, I came out with a straight lined scar on my right side, though I've no idea where it came from. Also, I've been finding that whenever I see the communion book picture, I get the shivers, and my heart goes running.. Now, I could explain all of this with a psychological point of view, which I have done. But, my time with psychic training, seeing real ghosts, etc, has left me open to the possibility that I an abduction or contact has happened...
