I can't remember if I actually slightly opened my eyes to look, or if the light was actually so bright that it could be detected with my eyes closed. I have the memory though. I did not have a feeling of fear. I felt "comfortable." The next morning I noticed two parallel scratches on my leg. This has been really tough for me lately because I have seen other cases on the internet that are similar to mine...so it has rekindled this memory. I didn't think much about it over the years until recently. This happened in West Tennessee, U.S.A. I'm not sure what year it was, but it was probably at least 15 years ago.
