2 encounters

this happened to me in march of 2003, in Washougal, Washington. so I was home alone ( of course ) and it was 9:00 pm and I put in a dvd, the who quadraphenia. no sooner I lay down on the couch I felt a heaviness come upon me that resembled extreme exhaustion but without the fatigue. the only way to describe it is my conscious mind was "forced" into my sub conscious. I then began hearing a very loud swooshing that was deafening, I tried getting up but was unable to I tried opening my eyes and could not, I then felt a presence of beings in the house, something happened I don't think they expected, you see I can control my dreams and I treated this just as and became filled with raging fury, I opened my eyes and could see the entire house bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom as if I were in them and all at the same time, very strange experience in its self, but I saw them momentarily frozen with fear, two of them in my bedroom, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen, 3 1/2 to 4 ft in height. large black eyes, large heads in proportion to their slim bodies sparsely covered with long wispy white hair. I flew of the couch in a rage for my mind was locked with theirs and I made it clear I meant to kill them, they made like they were going to come at me but then I felt them become terrified and heard in my mind them being called to get out of there, I made it to the bathroom to see the last one running from the window, ( they move very fast !) I went to the window and saw a whirling light and heard the loud swooshing sound for a moment then silence. right after I began to think it was only a dream ( something I believe they were telepathically suggesting ) but they in their panic made a terrible mistake, for when I went back through the kitchen the time on the stove read 11:44, but when I got back to the living room and sat down I realized the movie I had put in was only 45 minutes into playing, the clock on the dvd player confirmed it, it was only 9:45. I haven't told too many people about this until now. I wanted them to believe I was convinced in my mind I was dreaming. I have not been contacted since that I am aware of but I was taken once when I was 15, me and a friend were riding bikes in a new housing development of about 50 homes in Vancouver Washington, 1989 it was about 10:00- 10:30 pm I know this cos it only took about 10 minutes to ride there and we hadn't been there long. I remember hearing faint explosions and I looked up to see a large disc shaped craft with a green luminescence hovering silently for a moment then it lit up and in a flash it was gone. we never said anything but just started riding back to his house, when we got there and saw it was 4 am we went to his room and just sat there silent for what seemed like forever, then he said something I will never forget cos I was thinking the same thing.. " how in the fuck is it 4 in the morning? " we talked about it for awhile then agreed that we probably should keep it to ourselves cos people would think we were crazy.
